Excelza Industrial Co., Ltd was established since 1975 and was developed on quite a large scale of plastic & electronic factory. Our main office locates at Kwun Tong, near MTR Station - One of the main industrial districts in Hong Kong with an area of 5,000 sq. ft. premises. A total accumulated investment capital of Hong Kong Dollars Sixty Million was paid up to 1996. We owned a completed tooling room with precised & computerized machineris, a full range of plastic injection moulding machines from 30 Ton to 850 Ton are available for manufacturing of all kinds of plastic housing & parts.
Owing to the unexpected reasons, most of Hong Kong manufacturers facing to the problems of high manufacturing cost and shortage of labours which affect their competivities in the international market directly. In such circumstances, some of our production was moved to Shen Zhen, China from 1985 Alarge piece of industrial land in Qing Xi, Dongguan City (40,000 sq. m. approx.) was bought to build up one well-appointed plant in 1995 under Company s funds. It consists of a 3-storeyed production plant, one block of 4-storeyed dormitory with canteen for Hong Kong staff, and a separate living area for labours with dormitory and canteen for 1,500 persons. Our production plant composed of 6 divisions; they are the Tooling Division, Plastic Division, Electronic Division, Engineering Division, Quality Control Division and Administrative Division. Those divisions are managed under separate technology of professional teams with high effective management method from Hong Kong . All divisions in this new plant are running smoothly as from early 1996 which not only to enable us to lower down our manufacturing cost in order to strengthen our competitive in the international market and also to develop our sales in China market prosperously under the mutual co-operation of relevant Chinese Government units. Today, the plant has a total of 2,135 employees. |
